Edward Wishik is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources for Blue Ocean Technologies, a capital markets fintech company transforming access to U.S. equities through overnight trading and market data solutions. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, regulatory transformation, and business management within some of the world’s largest financial institutions.

Prior to joining Blue Ocean Technologies, Mr. Wishik served as Global Head of Finance and Operations for Market Data at Citigroup. Earlier in his career, he held senior consulting and advisory roles supporting major transformation initiatives at Bloomberg Enterprise Solutions, Deutsche Bank, and BNP Paribas. He also held leadership positions at UBS, CIT, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse, where he specialized in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, operational infrastructure, regulatory reporting, and strategic finance.

At Blue Ocean Technologies, Mr. Wishik oversees the company’s financial strategy, corporate planning, human resources, operational governance, and regulatory financial management. He has played a key role in supporting the growth of Blue Ocean ATS and the expansion of overnight U.S. equity trading for global investors.

Known for his combination of financial expertise, operational discipline, and transformation leadership, Mr. Wishik has a proven track record of building scalable organizations, improving processes, and partnering with executive teams to drive growth and innovation. He is Lean Six Sigma certified and is recognized for his strengths in program management, strategic planning, and organizational development.

Mr. Wishik earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting with a minor in Finance from Pace University and holds a FinOp Series 27 and 28.
